Our team of experts provide a diverse set of skills and knowledge obtained from working for industries ranging from medical device industries to the telecommunications manufacturing industries. The end result is a reliable, cost-effective solution to suit the client’s need. Our main design tool is SolidWorks, which is the leading software for 3D CAD and mechanical design.
For any of your product design needs that require professional, educated, and creative solutions, look no further and give Solid Design 1-2-3 a call. Using our simple, common sense method, we will take your idea concept through all the stages until the end product. Our 3D design concept is simple, transforming ideas into reality through professional knowledge and a diverse experience working with the latest technology in the product design and engineering field.
The gear riser mechanism to the left was designed for a plastic manufacturing customer in the medical device industry who needed a servo controlled riser for his automated assembly unit.
The six axis high speed assembly robot to the left needed a custom made base structure. In order to develop the base for the robot, our experts worked with the customer to construct the entire structure in 3D in order to study the base design characteristics.
The custom designed utility trailer to the right was developed using industry engineering building codes, in order to provide safety, strength, and working space for our fabricator customer.
The gear system bracket to the right was developed using a fatigue simulation analysis in order to investigate the material failure due to vibration, impact, bending, or other form of stresses.
A food industry customer needed a 3D prototype of food processing equipment (shown to the left). Our experts developed a 3D model prior to completing the drawings for fabrication. Once our customer approved the changes, a set of 2D drawings were created.
To the left is a gyroscope prototype developed for an inventor. Gyroscopes must be perfectly symmetrical and isotropic. A 3D drawing of the gyroscope provided design perspectives in order to ensure steady angular velocity.
